Return & refund policy

This policy covers presale orders for the Izuba and Imigongo jerseys placed at presale.proudrwandan.com. It follows the main store's refund and returns policy, and adds rules that only apply to a presale: cancelling before production, and what happens if shipping is delayed.

Cancelling a presale order

You can cancel a presale order for a full refund, including shipping, until November 25, 2026. That is the day we place our production order with the factory.

After the cutoff, your jersey is being made for you, so the order can't be cancelled. Once it arrives, you can still return or exchange it under the rules below.

To cancel, email us with your order number before the cutoff. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with.

Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange a jersey within 60 days of delivery, as long as it is new: unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached. We recommend trying it on indoors before you wear it out.

• Size exchange: we ship the new size to you free within the continental U.S. The presale is a small first run, so if your size is sold out we offer a refund or store credit instead.
• Refund or store credit: a return processing fee of $10 is deducted from the price you paid, the same as on the main store.
• Shipping costs: your original shipping cost is not refundable.

Jerseys that have been worn, washed or damaged through everyday use can't be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your jersey arrives damaged, has a print or stitching flaw, or is the wrong design or size, email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We send a replacement or give a full refund, including shipping, with no processing fee.

If a jersey develops a defect within 6 months of delivery under normal wear, as determined by PRDRWNDN, you get a full refund or 100% store credit toward a replacement. Damage from accidents, misuse or everyday wear and tear is not covered.

If shipping is delayed

Presale jerseys are scheduled to ship in early December 2026. If that date moves, we email every presale customer with the new date.

If your order hasn't shipped by December 31, 2026, you can choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund, including shipping, even though the production cutoff has passed.

How to request a return or refund

1. Email support@proudrwandan.com or call +1 (480) 382-7077 with your order number (it's on your Stripe receipt) and what you'd like to do.
2. For a return or exchange, pack the jersey with the return form or your packing slip and send it to:

3. Once we receive and check the jersey, we send your exchange or issue your refund within 30 business days.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund on your statement.
